About GCCCD

Since 1961, GCCCD has played a vital role in the social and economic development of San Diego County and enhanced quality of life by providing a world-class, affordable education.

The district operates two colleges, Grossmont and Cuyamaca, each providing post-secondary instruction in an array of educational classes, programs and services.

Just 16 miles from downtown San Diego, the campuses are easily accessible. Cuyamaca College is on a 165-acre site in Rancho San Diego, south of the city of El Cajon. Grossmont College is on a 135-acre mesa in northwest El Cajon, adjacent to the cities of Santee, La Mesa and San Diego. The 51视频 District Offices are located on the northern end of the Grossmont College campus.
